designed to torture our own citizens!!

This guy is really out there..

Some guy supposedly named Vic Livingston wrote it.. and in the comments section he also says this:

MICROWAVE/RF ATTACK REPORT -- Sun., April 25, 2010 @ 8:15-9 p.m.

I AM BEING VICIOUSLY ASSAULTED WITH AN INTENSE, SUSTAINED MICROWAVE ATTACK TO THE CROWN OF MY HEAD, CAUSING A BURNING HOT, PIERCING PAIN IN MY BRAIN THAT IS SENDING SHOOTING PAINS DOWN MY LEFT SIDE AND CAUSING NUMBNESS IN MY LEFT ARM AND FOOT.

I DEMAND THAT ANY LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT WITH ACCESS TO THE SURVEILLANCE OF MY TELECOMMUNCATIONS AND PREMISES IMMEDIATELY TELEPHONE THE MAGLOCLEN FUSION CENTER AND ORDER THEIR OPERATIVES TO CEASE THEIR CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY ONCE AND FOR ALL.

THIS ATTACK CAN AND WILL BE DOCUMENTED BY SURVEILLANCE OF MAGLOCLEN, ITS AFFILIATED AGENCIES AND CONTRACTORS, AND THIS TIME, THOSE WHO ARE ASSAULTING INNOCENT AMERICAN CITIZENS WITH A GOVERNMENT MICROWAVE WEAPON WILL BE BROUGHT TO JUSTICE.

"Microwave sensitivity" isn't so unusual, if not poorly documented.

Some people can feel uncomfortable around strong signals at the extreme upper-end of the radio spectrum. Back... way-back in the "day" when I was an avid ham radio operator, a couple members in our local club were unable to participate in some of the microwave experiments (using metal saucer sleds as dish antennas!) because of some headaches and nausea during transmission.

However, that was relatively minor "discomfort" while right next to a poorly shielded 100 watt transmitter. This guy sounds too extreme to be plausible.

Want to hear about the guy who nuked his hand trying to tune a microwave antenna while not realizing it was transmitting? Ouch!

is this the weapon that was used to dustify the World Trade Center????

:)

Yes, I actually saw him suggest that in another thread. I tried having the teeniest of debate with him and he goes off the hinge accusing me of being some kind of psy-ops agent... Why would someone want to live life being that paranoid? He's gotta be certifiably schizophrenic..

As a matter of fact, yes, I do. I've worked around and with microwave transmitters running upward of several hundred watts with not even a hint of warmth. And headaches and nausea are not symptoms of RF exposure unless you're talking megawatts.

So- what frequency, type and duration of transmission and power levels are we talking about? Oh, and what antenna/frequency and power level was the guy using when he "nuked" his hand?

Zackly. HERP considerations don't come into account until you're talking about power levels around 1KW and up in the HF band. Cell towers don't approach that level, and the field intensity certainly wouldn't be at that level inside his house.

He's describing symptoms close to what's reported during tests of the new Active Denial System. It should also be noted that the sensation when being targeted with this weapon is so intense that most people don't last a second before they step out of the highly-directional beam.

Here's a good article on HERP, HERO, and other RF Hazards from the Naval Safety Center:

You CAN sometimes hear microwaves if you have many kilowatts concentrated on your head, as sometimes happened with RADAR techs before there were rules about such things.

But unless this guy is standing in front of a military RADAR, he is imagining all of this.

Try climbing up a 500 kilowatt TV transmitting tower. When you get in the vicinity of the transmitting antenna you can feel the heat from a few feet away. The antennae were encased in an oil filled can to help radiate the heat.

This guy's delusion is not that uncommon. Those kind of people made the tinfoil hat famous. That's what a tinfoil hat is supposed to do - keep those radio waves out of your head.

So- what frequency, type and duration of transmission and power levels are we talking about? Oh, and what antenna/frequency and power level was the guy using when he "nuked" his hand?

It was at least 30 years ago, so the details of the equipment are fuzzy (home-brew), but I believe the 3 centimeter band.

The speculation by a doctor in the club was that a rare number of people may have a physiology where portions of their body are the exact dimensions needed to resonate at certain frequencies when close to transmitters of that frequency. And home-brew equipment spewing lots of dirty harmonics probably just makes it worse.

The "nuked hand," as best I can recall, was apparently due to long exposure to a strong signal via an experimental can antenna (using metal duct). Permanent nerve and some soft-tissue damage.

The part I really like is where he claims to be being attacked at the crown of his head. Has he not considered simply moving his head slightly to the side?

Some people can feel uncomfortable around strong signals at the extreme upper-end of the radio spectrum.

No they can't. Many people claim to feel uncomfortable, but it generally turns out that while they're whining about the evil mobile phone masts and power lines, they completely fail to notice the various much closer sources that they don't associate with radio waves because they don't actually know what they're talking about. I'm not aware of a single blinded trial where someone could actually tell if radio transmissions were present or not, let alone a case where they were actually proven to cause this "EM sensitivity" bollocks.

The one I found particularly amusing was the case where a community were up in arms about the health effects a new mast was having, whereupon the operator revealed that it hadn't actually been switched on for the last few weeks. Can't remember the name right now, anyone have a link?

It is amazing how much RF we are exposed to. Thank FSM we are unaware of it. Imagine hearing all the simultaneous radio transmissions.:boggled:

Sounds to me like he's had a stroke.

Well, I've experienced it first-hand... though admittedly it was two people with similar physiology, their discomfort was generally slight, and they were very close to high-powered home-brew transmitters. They never complained of any issues unless within a few feet of the transmitter.

I agree that the "phenomenon" discussed in the opening post is psychosomatic... including those complaining of health issues related to wifi waves.

And...how many of those high-power home-brew transmitting setups were properly grounded, shielded, with the radiating elements sufficiently elevated (calculating for type of antenna/gain).

The very concept of "homebrew" anything inevitably leads to "I'll just teach myself" types who may or may not give a crap about safety.

PROTIP: Got a barbell in your tongue? Might wanna stay away from anything high-juice in the NATO D/E band.

The guy is nuts, so it is not unusual at all to make up delusions, and it is on the Internet. lol

THE DELUSION IS AMONG THOSE WHO THINK THAT THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH THIS SLOW-KILL MURDER.

THOSE WHO ARE ASSAULTING INNOCENT AMERICAN CITIZENS WITH A GOVERNMENT MICROWAVE WEAPON WILL BE BROUGHT TO JUSTICE.
