Hip Hop mogul P Diddy has been blamed for many crazy things over the years -- but a new court filing takes it to a whole new level!

In a filing obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com, Valerie Joyce Wilson Turks is seeking a restraining order against the star, real name Sean Combs, accusing him of a whole plethora of wrong doings.

According to Turks, the 41-year-old, along with his ex-girlfriend Kim Porter and LAPD brutality victim Rodney King, is responsible for the collapse of the World Trade Center amongst other outrageous alleged atrocities.

Wow. Best officially filed hyperbole ever:
She alleges that she has been subjected to abuse from 2001 – 2010 and that: "[Diddy] went through Kim Porter and Rodney King and knocked down the WTC and then they all came and knocked my children down. Set me up to be on disability and disabled my baby. he put my baby in a wheelchair."

Valerie then goes on to say in her statement that is riddled with spelling and punctuation errors: "He date raped me 24 years ago and knocked me down him and Kim Porter and Wallace Wright, then Sean Combs and Kim and Wallace Wright came back 18 years later and raped and sexually abused my children and knocked my children down and crushed me and my children daily

Ok, just because there are some humor-impaired readers out there - and to make it clear for the readers for whom english is not a first language - I find it very difficult to believe that the above statement was actually intended by Wilson-Turks to be taken seriously. Rather, it reads to me to be a combination of painful ignorance combined with simple hyperbole on Wilson-Turks's part, intended less to be a factual charge against P-Did and more a demonstration of just how incredibly angry she is. I include "ignorance" in my supposition because she frankly sounds (er, reads) as if she doesn't understand the severity of making false claims of fact to demonstrate anger. And we've all seen people who'll rip off obviously false/impossible statements as expressions of anger rather than as honest beliefs. It's just that I think this woman is stupid enough to actually write (yes, hand write) it into an official court document.

That said: P-Diddy. Sean "Puffy" Combs. Man, if nothing else, there's tons of comedic potential here. P-Diddy... the man who spent money on a manservant to hold his umbrella up for him. If people can't make hay over a guy rich enough to hire an umbrella valet for a walk on the beach, then people just ain't tryin'! :D

My personal hypothesis: Puffy knocked WTC7 down to hide an unknown recording of Tupac under arrest, rapping defiant answers to an FBI interrogation. It was just too dope to be allowed out in public. :D

What concerns me about things like this is that, even if a lawsuit is as ridiculous as this, it can involve the defendant in legal expense and hassle that they can do without. In England, costs can be awarded against the losing side, but I believe that in America, both sides pay their own fees, win or lose.

In English law, someone who files lawsuits with little or no merit can be declared a "vexatious litigant" and prevented from suing anyone. Is there something similar in the States?

There have been proposals to implement laws compelling a litigant who loses to pay the other side's legal expenses in order to discourage frivolous lawsuits. But those never go anywhere. And I don't know if someone can be barred from using the court system, but it sounds like something lawyers would completely object to and campaign against if it were ever proposed. I like the ideas myself, but I don't see either concept ever being looked favorably upon by lawyers or lawmakers in this country.

That's right. According to a very sane lady, Sean Combs, AKA P. Diddy, knocked down the WTC, and broke her baby's two(2) legs!

She's suing for 1 trillion dollars, and that includes a poker chip P. Diddy stole from her.

Will this be the thing that finally blows the lid off this whole shebang?! The judge has set a hearing for tomorrow. I wonder what happens next.

This East Coast vs. West Coast rapper stuff needs to stop. We all know that Tupac was the one who did it and then was "Killed" off as the patsy. I hear that he's now living in Scottsdale AZ. disguised as an old Jewish white man with lumbago. His handlers keep getting PO'd because he keeps on sneaking off to record new songs.
