Matthew Manning

There was recently a very positive article about healer Matthew Manning in one of Sweden’s more prominent newspapers.
http://www.svd.se/dynamiskt/idag/did_7918568.asp
It was stated that his paranormal powers had been scientifically tested and at Manning’s own website
http://www.matthewmanning.com/
there are a number of scientific sources listed. (Strangely they seem mostly to be from the early 80’s or the 70’s.)

I think that if there really was a scientific breakthrough one would have heard more about it. But I wonder if anyone knows about theses experiments and why they have not lead to any scientific breakthrough.
(It is always good to have some facts if one wants to write a letter to the editor.)

Yeah, it terrible! I read the article, and if the paper doesn't publish a skeptical article about alternative medicin in a couple of weeks, I'll cancel my subscription, in favor for the other prominent newspaper.

Dito!
What do you think about trying to put some pressure on them by writing an article pointing out all the mistakes they made?

As if I did not have enough to do already.

If there is going to be any article at all I will need some information about why the experiments with Manning stopped. I also need to know a bit more about a certain Rahasya Fritjof Kraft based in Australia, apart from what can be found on his web page. If anyone here has some information please let me know.

I can’t make any promises though; I have a thesis to write as well.
