Obama has pushed the "white man" too far

Michael Savage, a fixture of conservative radio, had this to say on a Friday night edition of his show.

The white man is a quiet man and a peaceful man and right now the white man is very, very quiet, and very, very peaceful, and like many dictators before him, Barack Obama thinks the white man will remain quiet and subdued forever. Hitler made that mistake; Hitler boasted that his supermen, his Hitler Youth, would easily wipe the floor with the GI Joes that were being sent over…. But it was the white man who defeated Superman in World War II. Let me tell you something else, you push the white man only so far, you’re going to have a reaction like you’ve never seen.

I like how nutjobs think that Obama is a commie dictator and at the same time weak and ineffectual.

There is certainly an anti-white feeling about the Democrat party. That is why whites are leaving it and going Republican. Fear not, I checked my white privilege band before putting this up.

Ah, the white man's burden. All of the good things civilization has wrought rests squarely on his broad shoulders. It must be tough to care so very, very much.

Damn straight, we White Men absolutely guarantee that we'll have OsObama our of the Us House no later than Friday January 20, 2017. Probably about noonish, but we might be hung over that day, so give us until 5 pm. Maybe 7.

I misread this is "you push the white man only so far, you're going to have an erection like you've never seen". I must remember to invite more white men over. For political discussions, I mean.

Thank you for completely ruining my serious face with a chuckle. The irony of smashing into a thread that ups my politi-meter only to be thrown into a rolling laugh on the floor...

and a soda-water soaked keyboard....

What a strange capitalization. It makes it sound like white folk defeated the comic book hero.

Well there is a double-time cadence I've had to run to about a Navy Chief having beaten up Superman:

Superman is the man of steel
he aint no match for navy SEAL
Chief and him got in a fight
knocked his head with kyrptonite
Supe fell to his knees in pain
And now Chief's dating Lois Lane

Because everyone knows the Korean fatboy is so strong and purposeful

Yeah, there is no difference between inheriting a dictatorship and the fantasy that nutjobs have where Obama is simultaneously weak yet managed to turn the position of President of the United States into dictator of the US.

And that equates to an "anti-white feeling" in the Democratic party?

The sad thing here is that "being inclusive" is defined as "anti-white".

Perhaps the Dem middle-class whites are like kids sitting by themselves on the edges of lunchrooms around the country, not necessarily because the other kids are saying any thing mean to them, just that they aren't saying anything to them at all.

Is this a new thing for Savage? I mean, there's your normal garden-variety racism and then there's straight-up KKK-like racism, and this looks closer to the latter than the former.

I see that he was, in fact, once employed by MSNBC over the objections of some other people at NBC like Tom Brokaw. That ended within a few months after a caller provoked him into an angry tirade about "sodomites".

"In the last two off-year elections, which have been so spectacularly unsuccessful for the Democrats, they lost the white working-class vote by 30 points."

That is a subdemographic of white voters, not that the points are much better when looking at all white voters. If losing white voters by 20-30 points means there is an anti-white feeling in the Democratic Party, does that mean losing non-whites by over 60 points there is a double anti-non-white feeling in the Republican Party?

I'm a middle-class dem white. Are you implying people don't talk to me? Because you interact with a bunch of middle-class democratic whites a day, I would bet.

It might be that this is what he actually meant. Man is clearly unhinged.

I suppose the capital S could have just been a spellchecker artifact, but even if Mr. Savage had been referring to Übermensch, the entire sentence is still military-grade craziness. Many blacks and Asians serving with the Allied forces shed blood and gave lives in the effort to win WW II. The Allied Forces weren't "whites only."

ETA
And for that matter, the efforts to win the war weren't men only. If all the women who contributed to the war effort vanished from the face of the earth at the beginning of the war, I doubt we would have won.

A second post Godwin, haven't seen one of those in a while

Reread the first post. It can't be a second-post-Godwin if the O.P. includes a quote from someone that directly mentions WWII and the Nazis. This thread was Godwinned by Michael Savage... although he hasn't likely posted in the thread.

As if lunch rooms were designed for middle-class white?

No, my point didn't really have anything to do with kids sitting in a lunchroom. Just out of curiosity, why do you think working-class whites are abandoning the Democrats?
