A remake of Brazil 2014, as parallel reverse script.
Parallel:
- result (7-0 was the originally scripted result for Germany-Brazil)
- the slaughtered are at home (California is home for Mexicans in the USA)
Reverse:
- timing: slaughter of Mexicans starts after the game, unlike Santa Maria disco 2013

The only takeaway from the latest stream of stuff is that Brazil's humiliation by Germany at the previous World Cup was because Germany fielded their football team while Brazil let their government have a go.



That would explain the crushing defeat if nothing else, though I'm surprised nobody noticed.

I've figured out a couple of things.

In Kyoon's looking-glass world, an international game of football, if the scoreline is the same or nearly the same as a random previous match (in a different tournament, in a different year, between the same or different teams), then it's either a repeat or a reversal of that previous match.

Given that international football tends to have fewer than about ten goals in total during a game (there are exceptions, of course) and usually much fewer, the same scorelines are repeated over and over.

This is either proof of Teh Illoominaty, or it's just the way football is. In that 2014 match Brazil found themselves without Neymar and Thiago Silva, and mentally fell apart when their defence was easily breached by a confident and well disciplined German team, resulting in four German goals inside seven minutes. It was a great game of football. But it was just a game of football, not some kind of Illuminati plot.

Similarly, in Kyoon's world if a news event bears some similarity to a previous news event, it's either a repeat or a reversal of the previous event depending on how many of the related details can be said to match.

bruto, the way it goes is this. Warning: I am not responsible for the lunacy inherent in the following explanation, I'm just distilling Kyoon's words into comprehensible English.

In 2004, there were US elections which The Illuminati rigged1. For some unexplained reason, this has a connection to the abandoned and unratified EU constitution that was signed at around the same time. Because the citizens of the then 25 member countries did not rise up and object to the constitution en masse2, then we have all got a Mark of the Beast.3 This is because the EU constitution does not mention "God" or "Christianity".4
Kyoon believes that the unratified EU constitution replaced the constitutions of the individual member states5 and that it "seal[ed] enslavement and seal[ed] the official denial of God, sovereignty and fundamental rights.6,7
Notes:
1. I haven't really taken much note of how or why Kyoon claims it was rigged, given that it was an election 12 years ago that didn't really affect the UK or the EU in any way.

2. Actually, two countries put the constitution to a vote and the electorate rejected it.

3. Apparently it's not a visible mark as is stated in the Bible, it's a metaphor for opening one's mind to "evil".

4. Of the countries around the world that have a written constitution, which is by no means all of them, many do not mention "God" or "Christianity", so this seems to be a red herring. The UK doesn't have a formal written constitution.

5. Despite it being clear to anyone who lives in the EU, or anyone anywhere who can use Google that the member states of the EU remain sovereign states, Kyoon believes that we are some kind of super country like a United States of Europe. I've explained the principle of subsidiarity on which the EU is founded, but to no avail. He also believes that of those countries which have written constitutions, the 2004 constitution replaced these. This is not the case and it's easy to check, but he won't listen.

6. Kyoon's now morphed all these claims from the 2004 constitution to the Treaty of Lisbon, which was signed in 2007 and came into force in 2009. Nothing to do with the US elections, except he still seems to connect the two.

7. Kyoon has often mentioned slaves, but to whom we are enslaved is not clear. It's not been explained why not mentioning "God" or "Christianity" in a treaty which guarantees the right of freedom of religion (and the freedom to have no religion) is a denial of the Christian God. Nor has it been explained why it denies sovereignty, given that it explicitly talks of the subsidiarity of the EU parliament to the parliaments of the (now 28) sovereign member states. Nor has Kyoon explained how a treaty which includes a "Charter of Fundamental Rights" denies any fundamental rights. You'd think the clue would be in the name of the charter.

In short, Kyoon's views are a load of makey-uppy nonsense.

There is only one way to prevent fraud in the process of casting and counting votes.
Reminder, since each day the gap to the reality of current elections is widening:
- one representative of each candidate at each ballot;
- each voter identified by unique ID document;
- each voter manually checked in the voter list entry, as he presents his ID before voting;
- votes counted immediately after the ballot, under supervision of representatives of each candidate, which will then sign the count protocol;
- results sent to the central entity in charge of computing the totals.

Techniques to falsify count - overview

There are two types of techniques to get the "right" results in an election:
Type 1 - making sure you count the votes
Type 2 - any other techniques

Even the worst type 1 technique is x-times more powerful than the best type 2 technique.
The most powerful technique ever created is e-vote (Diebold machines, internet vote, postal vote, etc).

Obtaining the ballot papers was simple.

The first step was to download and print out application forms for postal votes from the website of the Electoral Commission.

Then they were filled in with names and addresses taken from the electoral roll and a request for the ballot papers be sent to a second address, in south-west London.

The forms were completed with a forged signature and sent to electoral registration offices at the local council in the voters' constituencies.

Within days I received letters confirming that a postal vote had been granted. The ballot papers containing the lists of election candidates arrived over the next few days. Officials made no attempt to contact people at either address on the application form.

Our investigation shows how easy it would be to carry out postal fraud on a larger scale involving hundreds or even thousands of voting forms sent to many different but bogus addresses - and tip the balance in favour of one candidate over a legitimate winner, especially in marginal seats.

In UK "elections", postal vote fraud is nothing but smoke to make people forget that any effective fraud is always based on how the votes are counted.

It's the best explanation to cover-up the discrepancy between the amount of people that you see at the ballots and the participation rates announced.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'each ballot' here. If you mean at each polling station, that could be logistically difficult especially for the smaller parties as there will be around 50,000 polling stations open on Thursday, each one open from 07:00 to 22:00. However, they can be there if they wish, and they must follow a strict code of conduct which includes not doing anything that could be seen to influence a voter.

If you mean having representatives at each count, they are also permitted, and there will be 382 counts at the referendum - one for Northern Ireland, one for Gibraltar, and one for each local authority in England, Wales and Scotland. At a Parliamentary election, there are more counts as there is one per MP to be elected (650).

Generally, voters here are not required to show ID. But they can be asked if there is any suspicion about who they are. There are very heavy penalties for personation (pretending to be somebody else in order to vote). Voters are sent a poll card before the election which tells them where their polling station is, and can take those along, or they can tell the Presiding Officer their name and address and be looked up on the voter list. Voters cannot vote at any other polling station than the one on their poll card (there are emergency exceptions to this, but not germane to this discussion).

This is done (except for presenting ID) when the voter enters the polling station, before the ballot paper is given to the voter.

In most cases, the sealed ballot boxes are taken to the count after the polls close, and immediately counted. In some rare cases (usually for very rural areas where the polling stations are many miles from the count), the boxes remain sealed and under guard until the next morning. Representatives of the candidates as well as interested members of the public can observe the count, including sitting opposite a counter and observing their every move and what they write. I am unsure what you mean by the count protocol.

The returning officer announces the result for each electoral ward/local authority area at the count, as soon as the count is finished and all the candidates are satisfied that the count has been done properly. For the referendum, each returning officer will also communicate the Leave, Remain and spoiled ballot numbers to one of the 12 regional counting officers. And the BBC will be recording the totals as well based on the returning officer's announcement at each count.

We don't have voting machines or internet voting, and there are rules around postal voting to make sure the votes are properly counted.

The fraud that the Telegraph perpetrated led to a tightening of security around postal voting.

Why is the phrase "marginal seat" funny? It just means a seat that is expected to be a close contest, rather than one where one of the parties is expected to win by a big percentage.

ETA The fraud would also be discovered very quickly as the true voter would find themselves unable to vote at the polling station due to being granted a postal vote, and they would raise holy hell.
