Donald Trump has reportedly been yelling at TV sets in the White House as he becomes "increasingly angry" about an investigation into alleged Russian meddling in the US presidential election.
The US leader thinks he is the victim of a conspiracy aimed at discrediting his leadership and ending his time in the White House, according to the Associated Press.
Confidants and advisers close to Mr Trump said his fury was mounting at the probe and he had been yelling at TV sets about its press coverage.

Next will be throwing things at the TV's, then throwing the TV's.

"The US leader thinks he is the victim of a conspiracy aimed at discrediting his leadership and ending his time in the White House, according to the Associated Press."

He's right about that part.

And the worse part of it- he is the leader of the conspiracy!

Do I have this right? The dude who pent years promoting a demonstrably false conspiracy theory against the president is now whining about being the victim of the conspiracy theory of constitutional separation of powers?

He really isn't good at this, is he?

Oh, but unlike what had been said by some in this very Forum about the previous President, Trump is not a thin skinned egoist...

We can only hope.

Imagine if he does throw a TV or a book or something at TV.

How will that play in the press and with his base?

It would be the longest he's ever held a book in his tiny flipper-baby hands.

I'm not a big Trump supporter ... but yes Agreed! ...

I don't have TV anymore ... but I shout at my iMac all the time! :)

I have been know to yell at a TV occasionally, usually when watching sports...I think a lot of people are guilty of that.
But that is totally difference then the kind of paranoid behavior we are discussing
What next: Trump goes Full Elvis and shoots a TV?

Hey, know where I can sign up for the conspiracy?

I am sure he is yelling at the tv sets because even inanimate objects know he is a crook and a traitor!!!!!!

You don't know the story about Elvis Shooting a TV Set?

The Kurt Russell Biopic started with that scene....

The story, as I recall, was the The King was not a fan of Robert Goulet, and once when he was on it, shot the set with a .22 revolver (sold at auction a few years ago for a pretty penny), saying, "That there'll be enough of that ****."

Yeah, that is the classic story. ANd the evidence seems to be that for once that story is probably true.

Lampooned by a couple of dozen paunchy, similarly-dressed, poorly-coiffed impersonators at a seedy convention center on the outskirts of Vegas? I can see that.

Though I have to protest that comparasions between Elvis and Trump have to be carefully drawn.....Elvis made real contributions to American Culture and created a lot of really good music...Trump has contributed almost nothing, except provide material for a lot of comedians....

I'm an elderly man myself, and shout at the TV on occasion. Mostly when I see Trump on it.

When Trump is interviewed on 60 Minutes, I don't watch it. When he is on NPR, I switch channels. I'll read what he says, but I can't bear to watch or listen to him speak. It is torture and I can't wait until he is no longer on the front page of every newspaper and website.

That's not exactly how it went down.

The argument was that Obama was also a thin-skinned narcissisist. The evidence for which was both obvious, apparently, and yet never quite provided beyond a now almost laughable weekend feud with Fox News.
