FBI Lawsuit 9/11 News conference from AE911

Well they finally did it. They are suing the FBI for their 9/11 Review Commission Report issued in 2015. They even held a press conference with Bob McIlvaine, Mick Harrison, Dave Meiswinkle, and Richard Gage at Newseum, one block from the U.S. District Court.

“The FBI’s 9/11 Review Commission, and the FBI itself, failed to assess and report to Congress, as mandated, several other categories of significant 9/11 related evidence known to the FBI via reports in the press, via the web, and via public events and/or reflected in the FBI’s own records,” according to the lawsuit filed in Washington, D.C., federal court by lead attorney Mick Harrison.

Although the 9/11 Review Commission’s 2015 report details several avenues of evidence explored in its investigation, the plaintiffs argue that investigators failed to address a few key points of evidence, including potential explosives placed before the attacks, individuals seen celebrating the attacks nearby, certain surveillance videos and phone calls, and alternative Saudi Arabian funding sources for the attackers.

Regarding the pre-placed explosives, the lawsuit claims that testimony from over 100 first responders describes “sights or sounds of explosions on 9/11 which due to the circumstances and timing and specific details observed and reported could not be explained by plane impacts or resultant office fires.”

These allegedly included “‘bombs,’ ‘explosions’ at the lowest level and the highest level of the buildings before the collapses, flames being blown out, a ‘synchronized deliberate’ kind of collapse, like a ‘professional demolition,’ ‘pop, pop, pop, pop, pop’ sounds before the collapses.”

I ask a small question, how many first responders had ever been in a building that had been in a tall building that had been hit by an airplane and burned for some time?

Well I have read all the transcripts, and some of the first responders were also there in 1993, so they assumed it was another bomb, that had gone off.

But they also speak about exploding windows, exploding oxygen tanks, exploding car tires, exploding bodies, and so on. Its just how they expressed themselves.
 
Some discussion about this has already occurred on metabunk.

In sum--there are seemingly significant ethical issues with the purported charitable entity that brought this action, and these genius lawyers doing work for it couldn't even gets its name right in their court filing. The unbelievable self-inflicted beclowning of truthers continues apace. There is a reason why all their work is riddled with ethical lapses and incompetence: namely, the people who are undertaking their work.

Ok, I didn't read, but my question was how many first responders had been in a tall building that had hit by an airplane and had burned for some time(however long it took them). A bomb in the parking garage will not do the damage to the build that the planes did, so their impressions are probably not valid in this situation. None of them were in the building when the event happened, just afterward. That was my point.

How long after they entered did they hear "oxygen tanks exploding", "exploding bodies", "exploding windows", I suspect that it wasn't right after they entered the building, but after more minutes of fire burning the floors without any fire suppression. Even if this case goes to trial, it won't get anywhere, there are too many holes. Just like the rest of the "Truthers story".

You can dress up these red herrings however you like. It's still shallow and unsophisticated rumor mongering.
 
It seems they need more money...

And like every single time they have taken their case to court, this time their fantasy claims won't survive a real court either.

Precisely, every time a suit does go to court and summarily dismissed the truthers lose more credibility. ;)

Of course they will request money, they have to keep up with the expenses and what better to do that than fleece sheep. ;)
 
Gage's job is AE911T... without it and people sending money for these "programs" he is out of a good paying gig. Of course he want's this to go on and on. The rest are simply 9/11 hobbyists aside from the ones who write a book... they too are trying to cash out.
