Psychics looking for a whippet

I'm having a psychic vision...........The dog.................is licking itself.......................in the general area of it's groinicological region.Wait, I'm getting more...........it's wagging it's tale!
 
now its.... sniffing another animals butt. More tail wagging. Wagging. Its thinking of eating. Now its thinking of sniffing again... or perhaps licking. OOOh, now its running after something. Wagging... wagging.
 
Well, hey, with a $5,000 reward in the offing, think of it as a sort of mini-Challenge. A truly psychic psychic could just go out there to JFK and point, "Over there," and then pocket a nice piece of change.

Like finding money in the street, I would think.

Probably hanging out with the control tower crew, chain smoking and eating leftover pizza.
 
I'm seeing the dog eating... then pooping within half an hour...
 
I've been trying very hard to to approach believers with rational and open arguments, but this is really too much. Is there anything stupider and more obvious they could have possibly said?
 
Seems irresponsible, the dog is probably out in the open somewhere hiding. Saying it is safely in a warm building is probably supposed to be comforting but misdirects the search.

I'd say anything these guys say misdirects the search, but I'm with you...
 
I hope they find the dog, or that it finds a nice home.

I can't wait to see what the "building" gets turned into. A shed, a chicken coop, an outhouse, the Empire State Building, or that water treatment facility that appears in every SciFi Channel monster movie are all "buildings". Heck, any man-made structure is a "building", and dogs are generally "warm" in most habitable environments.

They should play the "near water" card. In fact, i think I'm interfering with their search! I'm in a "building", I'm warm enough and I'm probably 15 feet from a sink. Stop focusing on me! I'm not the dog!

Yeah. After winning a beauty contest, it helps to wind down and slum with the little people for a while to stay grounded.
 
My psychic powers say that if it's still in the airport, it'll be as far from the planes as it can get, maybe close to the restaraunts/kitchens bins where it can smell food, and where it'll be warm, and being a show dog I guess it'd be alright around people.

The poor thing maybe scared by the plane noise, which may be why it bolted, so if it's anything like my dog it'll be hiding somewhere quiet for most of the day.

There's my predictions, I wanna see how I do against the psychics now.

But remember that the psychics made their predictions three or four days ago.

Even if the dog is in Albuquerque now, they can always claim that it was wherever they said it was when they said it was where they said it was at that time, at least in spirit. :rolleyes:

beautiful whippet Vivi, Ch. Bohem C'est la Vie, was lost by Delta airlines at JFK
airport after her visit to Westminster, where she had received an Award of
Merit. It was Wednesday when she was lost at JFK, and she is believed to be lost in the marshes somewhere surrounding the airport.We all want her found quickly, and we are so worried about the cold.

There are many studies as to the power of prayer and positive energy, and we would like all of you to join us in a group prayer and visualization for the return of Vivi.

The group prayer will take place on Sunday February 19 at 9 p.m. Eastern
time (6 p.m. Pacific standard time). Please, if you can, stop what you are doing, and if you can light a candle to focus, then spend 5 minutes praying for the safe return of Vivi and visualizing a positive picture of her being found
and joyfully reunited with her owners. This is the thought and picture that we are focusing on.

ETA: Although, it seems to be an ongoing problem with Delta. A lot of breeders refuse to ship with them, in my experience, because they've had such awful experiences with animals being rerouted, etc.

I too have a prediction.

If the dog is found, the owner will crow about whatever the psychics said that might be construed as a "hit", ignoring the rest, and the media will lap it up.
