Where are the truthers?

Haven't seen any new threads from any truthers for several days, or any reports of bizarre behaviour on LCF. Have they all run out of steam or are they saving themselves for the earthshattering revelations of LC final cut? Part of me hopes it is the former, but it would be a duller forum without their "contribution".
 
It's been pretty slow around here the last week or so with "truther postings, except for the free-fall realistice thread made by Christophera. Once LC:FC makes progress or more fake whistleblower emails are made, we'll see a traffic spike.
 
One thing I have learnt about this forum is that spelling mistakes, or mis-strikes, are punished - "realistice" "teh". Makes me more careful!
 
Brooding over the violation of their paradigm

I think the Democratic landslide in the 2006 elections has really messed the Truthers up, no doubt because it violates their fantasy.

The American people apparently don't know they've woken up. What a bunch of dummies!

There should have been a slew of Truther candidates swept into office, with Democrats and Republics alike being tossed out on their ears, 9/11 being investigated, the conspiracy guys vindicated ("You were right all along! We were stupid! Can you ever forgive us?"), the New World Order defeated, the United Nations destroyed, the tollroads defeated, a gun under every pillow, and all of humanity joined together in mutual hatred of government.

Death to the New World Order! YAY!

But it was not to be. In some vague way, the Truthers are probably brooding over this violation of their paradigm. It may have slowed them down a bit. But they'll soon forget what happened to prove they were wrong and be coming back to tell us how obvious the evidence is and how everyone really agrees with them, etc.

When Bush leaves office in 2009, the exact same will happen :)

"But... But... Alex Jones said he would steal a third term and use a false flag attack to do so!!"

Another blow to the truthers it will be.
 
Well, they have all been here and got their asses whopped ( I mean, how many are they actually, that are able ot figure out how to register here and type a readable post? 15?). Now they have returned to their cave and are bragging how they won all the discussions here (nice thing about the internet: You can be beaten to a pulp and still not bleed).
