It was pretty funny, I sent it to my wife.

The problem, of course, is that it lacks any message deeper than "Republicans bad."

I'm aware of that, and I thought it funny enough to send along to my wife.

However it is also symptomatic of a larger problem with the Democratic party; that they lack a more coherent message than "Republicans bad."

True enough. On the other hand, what is the Republican message other than "Liberals and Democrats evil?"

Are you kidding? The Republicans are telling us that we're gonna bring freedom and Democracy to Iraq and simultaneously stabilize that region making us safer at home. In doing so they're gonna spread American values throughout the world, creating prosperity and equal rights for all. They're gonna cut our taxes, stimulating our economy making us all rich. They're gonna change Social Security so everybody’s Mom will be taken care of in their old age.

Is the message true? For the most part, I don't think so, but lacking a coherent opposing message from the Dems, it will still win.

Democrat Platform: Republicans are cold hearted, lying, racist, sexist, homo-phobes. :)
