The Polish Psychic/Police thing -- sources?

Hi,

I read about the Polish police using psychics for missing people searches in the latest SWIFT. Now I happen to live with my Polish girlfriend here in Germany, and her father happens to be a rather high-ranking police officer back in Bydgoszcz, Poland, and she swears she's never heard of such ******** and that her father would know if this practise was wide-spread amongst Polish police and that he surely never mentioned anything like that.

Which is why I'd like to find a source for this article. Should I mail Randi to ask what newspaper the reader from Warsaw found this article in? Some preliminary googling turned up nothing. I'd really like to see a source on this.
